We hope that you can find the information you need on our website. Below you will find the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. 

1) Do you have a call out charge?  
No. We only charge for our labour and any required parts.

2) Do you offer same-day call outs?
Yes, we are usually able to attend to you on the day we are contacted or, alternatively, we can arrange a suitable time between us.

3) Is your work guaranteed? 
Yes all parts and labour are guaranteed.

4) What payment methods do you accept? 
Payment is accepted by cash or cheque on the completion of work. Accounts can be opened by prior arrangement. 

5) Do you supply new appliances? 
Yes we can supply new appliances if necessary.

6) Will you let me know if a machine is worth repairing or not? 
Yes of course. We always offer our honest advice with regards to advising whether a machine is repairable or not. If we don’t think a machine is viable to repair, due to the cost of repair or the condition of the appliance, then we will advise accordingly.

7) Will you have the part I need to repair my machine? 
We carry an extensive collection of spares for most manufacturers. Where necessary, we can obtain any additional parts required quickly from several sources.
